Spontaneous conversations with space scientists. Come in with your questions about research and the daily life of researchers!
18.00–21.00: Hands-on activities for all ages
Engage with a plasma ball and get to know what plasma is. See the magnetic field lines come to life and learn about the magnetic fields of our own planet and the Sun. Discover various methods for capturing images of the Sun while playing with Rubik's cubes.
18.00–21.00: Free entrance to the Observatory’s exhibition
Dive into the wonders of space and the history of the Observatory building.

A presentation by space physics researchers.
The venue is not accessible. Accessible entrance through the red garden gate on the west side of the Observatory building (the red arrow on this map (pdf)). Please call the number +358 50 318 5764 when you arrive and need an accessible entrance. The capacity of the venue is 70 people.

Tutustu jännittävän plasmapallon avulla siihen, mitä plasma on. Näe magneettikentän muoto omin silmin ja opi kotiplaneettamme sekä Auringon magneettikentistä. Rubikin kuution avulla havainnollistetaan erilaisia tapoja ottaa kuvia Auringosta.
klo 18.00–21.00: Maksuton sisäänpääsy Observatorion näyttelyyn
Sukella avaruuden ihmeisiin ja talon kiehtovaan menneisyyteen.
klo 19.00–20.00: Aurinkomyrskyn matka avaruuden halki: miten purkausta seurataan ja miten revontulia voi ennustaa
Esityksen pitävät avaruusfysiikan tutkijat.
